Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the site's electrical distribution infrastructure, ensuring full compliance with national and EU regulatory standards.
* Act as subject matter expert for Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems, Fire Alarm and Gas Detection Systems, UPS and Generator Backup Systems, Embedded renewables and grid interface protection requirements.
* Lead and coordinate day-to-day electrical maintenance, fault resolution, and critical issue response.
* Manage vendor relationships: oversee contractor performance, lead investigations, ensure problems are fully resolved, documented, and closed out.
* Conduct and present technical investigations with GMP-compliant documentation and risk assessments.
* Support and review electrical design as part of site capital projects and infrastructure upgrades.
* Lead planning and execution of electrical shutdowns, with clear risk assessments, stakeholder impact evaluations, and detailed execution planning.
* Initiate and manage power quality and harmonic studies to identify issues and ensure equipment is operating efficiently and within tolerances.
* Maintain and control GMP documentation, including SOPs, deviations, system drawings, and technical reports.
* Collaborate closely with Maintenance, EHS, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure aligned execution and minimal disruption.
* Contribute to site sustainability goals and support ISO-50001 certification initiatives where applicable.
