Base pay range
Location: Dublin 4 (2 days on site and 3 days WFH)
Salary: 60,000 to 65,000 base + Commission/Bonus on top
Responsibilities
* Drive the performance of the sales teams through the design and delivery of an ongoing training and development plan covering all aspects of the sales role while managing a team of around 5 sales agents on a daily basis.
* Work with thesales teams to maximize sales effectiveness and revenue by identifying development opportunities and delivering sales training and coaching.
* Design and deliver a range of sales-focused learning solutions to develop the knowledge, skills, and strengths of the sales teams in response to business requirements.
* Support the development of individuals through 1:1 coaching sessions when needed.
* In collaboration with the Sales Management team, design and deliver induction training for all new sales executives to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and motivation to meet targets.
* Identify individual training needs of Sales Executives and communicate with management to improve performance and productivity.
* Ensure training is of a professional standard and that Sales Executives can meet the required standards and targets.
* Review the effectiveness of Sales Training against company requirements for relevance and quality of training courses.
Qualifications and experience
* Proven track record in delivering results in a high-energy call center environment.
* Previous experience in a sales training environment.
* Ability to prepare training material and documentation.
* Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce ideally.
* Ability to motivate, inspire and develop others.
* A confident, friendly personality.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work and deliver under pressure.
* Flexible approach to work.
