IT Support Specialist Role Summary
Excellent opportunity for a skilled IT support specialist to join our team in Co. Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate understanding and compliance with quality and EH&S procedures.
* Troubleshoot, repair, and recover PC hardware & software systems.
* Manage site Manufacturing Active Directory.
* Configure and administer Remote Access Software (Dameware).
* Carrу out preventative maintenance to reduce downtime & ensure operational continuity.
Theorem installations, configurations, & testing of OT hardware/software systеms.
Implement cybersecurity procedures for OT systеms.
Collaborate with the IT team on issues related to network interfaces, cyber security etc.
&xplementary Activities:&x - Maintain accurate records on maintenance systems e.g. BM RAM Knowledgebase.
Technology Requirements:, Minimise downtime equipment fast response effective root cause analysis problem-solving techniques.
Prioritise high-impacting equipment downtime issues in Production Units. Issue Incident Reports these issues appropriate. Ensure any follow-up activities associated issue documented closed effectively.
