About Your New Job
* Design, develop, and integrate complex electrical systems for innovative Cardiac Ablation Solutions products.
* Lead challenging projects and mentor team members.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams in mechanical engineering, software development, quality assurance, and manufacturing.
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 60601).
* Develop detailed specifications, schematics, and PCB layouts.
* Perform system‑level integration of hardware, firmware, and software components.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Support verification and validation activities to ensure safety, compliance, and efficacy of the product.
What Skills You Need
* Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 4 years of electrical design experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of electrical design experience.
* Experience in medical device or highly regulated industries (automotive or other relevant backgrounds are also considered).
* Proficiency in EMC design and test principles per IEC 60601.
* Hands‑on experience with prototyping, testing, and debugging PCB assemblies.
* Experience with signal integrity, noise issues, and long flexible PCB board technology.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative work ethic.
