Lead Operations Manager Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of a leading hotel in Wicklow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as manager on duty, coordinating daily operations across Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Events departments.
* Support bar, restaurant, and event teams to deliver exceptional guest service standards.
* Oversee conference & banqueting setups, turnarounds, and service standards to ensure seamless execution.
* Respond promptly to guest concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
* Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure smooth communication and handovers.
* Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Conduct shift briefings and enforce operational standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a senior operations role in a 4-star hotel or higher.
* Strong background in Food and Beverage with event management experience.
* Front Office knowledge is highly advantageous.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
* Flexibility with working hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage.
