Sales Administrator Role
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to support the sales team in managing vehicle ordering, customer onboarding, and ancillary product offerings.
* Management of the vehicle ordering process in coordination with customers, suppliers, and sales team members.
* Liaising with the customer and sales support driver for the delivery and collection of vehicles.
* Providing administrative support to the sales team in managing new and existing accounts, including preparation of SLA's, customer reports, and general customer queries.
* Supporting the Risk Manager for all vehicle pricing, discounts, and rebate structures from OEMs.
* Managing the administration of ancillary products, including EV charging Solutions, fuel card administration, toll tags, and additional products.
* Assisting in outbound sales activities, such as point of sale material distribution in coordination with sales and marketing.
Key qualifications and skills include:
* Proven experience as an office administrator or in a relevant role.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks.
* Familiarity with office management procedures.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* The right candidate will be a self-starter who can manage their workload and work effectively as part of a team, with a methodical approach to problem-solving and the ability to make decisive decisions.
* Highly articulate with good numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
