Regional Delivery Director
This senior leadership role oversees the successful delivery of client projects across EMEA, driving regional performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.
* Lead a high-performing team of program delivery managers, providing guidance and development opportunities to drive success.
* Directly manage the end-to-end delivery of the entire EMEA client portfolio, ensuring seamless project execution and quality standards are met.
* Manage regional P&L, including revenue growth, team utilization, and resource forecasting to achieve business objectives.
* Standardize and enforce global delivery methodology and governance practices within the region, promoting consistency and excellence.
* Establish robust governance frameworks for scoping, estimating, and approving Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring accuracy and transparency in project engagements.
1. Key Responsibilities: To be accountable for EMEA client deliverables, program management, and overall regional performance, with focus on exceptional service delivery and commercial value creation.
2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and measure key metrics such as customer satisfaction ratings, project delivery timelines, resource utilization levels, and regional financial performance.
3. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective information exchange, coordination, and mutual understanding.
4. Continual Improvement: Regularly review and assess processes, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and optimize regional operations.
