Revenue Manager Position
* Drive revenue growth through effective reservations management, digital marketing, and strategic distribution.
Responsibilities:
* Optimise occupancy, average daily rate, and revenue per available room through informed pricing and distribution strategies.
* Manage online travel agency platforms, hotel website, channel manager, rate parity, and rate wise effectively.
* Monitor and report on revenue performance, booking trends, competitor activity, and return on investment accurately.
* Maintain accurate rate loading and mapping across systems for up to 18 months in advance.
* Boost direct bookings and reduce commission costs.
Forecasting & Reporting:
* Generate precise weekly forecasts and competitor analysis reports.
* Support budget planning and track actual performance versus targets.
* Participate in revenue meetings and contribute to head of department discussions.
Reservations Support:
* Assist with reservations as needed and provide front office support during peak periods.
Digital Marketing & Website Management:
* Collaborate with marketing and social teams to plan and execute digital campaigns.
* Manage website content, search engine optimisation, special offers, and third-party listings effectively.
* Monitor paid advertising and analyse campaign performance.
* Contribute to creative content, video, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
Email Marketing & Reputation:
* Plan and execute email campaigns tailored to the guest journey and local events.
* Monitor online reviews and guest feedback to enhance reputation and upselling opportunities.
* Review weekly upsell reports and communicate effectively with guests.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, understanding of revenue management concepts, and occupancy strategies. Experience managing online travel agency platforms is also essential.
