Audit Manager Position Overview
* Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support.
* Review and evaluate financial statements and audit documentation.
* Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
* Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations.
* Stay updated on changes in auditing standards and industry regulations.
* Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the audit practice.
* Proven experience as an Audit Assistant Manager or in a similar role within a top-tier accountancy practice.
* Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
* Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is required.
