Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Realtime Recruitment
AI Lead required to drive the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions that align with the companies strategic business goals. This hybrid role blends technical leadership with team management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both the code and the conversation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead end-to-end AI/ML pipelines
Provide technical guidance on model selection and optimization
Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers
Align AI initiatives with overall business objectives and outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive teams
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven product development
Proven leadership in AI-focused teams or projects
Hands-on skills in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and cloud platforms
Strategic mindset with a track record of aligning technical projects with business impact
