Overview
At NetApp, you will drive new customer acquisition and growth through outbound and inbound prospecting, engaging prospects and existing customers via phone, email, digital outreach, and social selling. You will build and manage your own pipeline, collaborate with channel and marketing teams, and support the overall success of NetApp’s hybrid cloud and data solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Drive customer and cross‑selling acquisition through phone, email, and digital outreach.
Prospect in‑bound and outbound to drive new qualified pipeline, discover and qualify opportunities.
Understand customer needs and clearly communicate NetApp’s value propositions across 3‑5 use cases.
Collaborate with the channel to deliver proposals.
Generate new business through proactive prospecting, including cold calling, targeted campaigns and social selling.
Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars and lead‑generation campaigns.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems.
Work closely with sales, technical specialists and channel teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
18–24 months of experience in inside‑sales or a related field (internships welcome), mainly focused on full pipeline ownership.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade in both written and verbal formats.
Experience using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator and CRM platforms.
Genuine curiosity and understanding of cloud, storage or IT solutions.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in English and Swedish, and comfortable working in an international environment.
Bonus experience:
B2B sales
IT or cloud industry exposure
Familiarity with partner ecosystems (resellers, distributors, system integrators)
