As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives, managing a large team, and ensuring that our store standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume retail environments, with experience in managing teams, driving sales growth, and delivering operational excellence.

You will work closely with our operating, trading, and managing directors to develop and implement business strategies, manage visual and commercial store standards, and lead a leadership team of support managers and colleagues.

In addition to your leadership skills, you will also be responsible for creating reports to examine performance and trends, suggesting product and operational changes to support productivity and profitability, and regulating store capacity to generate revenue streams.

Key responsibilities include:

* Working alongside senior leaders to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement

* Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals

* Managing a leadership team of 5-10 support managers and 50+ colleagues
">
* Delivering on business KPIs, P&L, and company goals

* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and brands
">
* Creating reports to analyze performance and trends

* Regulating store capacity to maximize revenue

* Overseeing store operations, workflow, inventory, storage, reporting, and loss prevention measures

Required skills and qualifications include:

* 5+ years of senior store management experience in high-volume fashion, home, or grocery management
">
* Strategic management and commercial and operational management experience within a large high-volume retail environment
">
* Full P&L experience, including achieving margin and KPIs
">
* Strong decision-making skills

* Exceptional store standards and customer engagement experience
