They are currently looking for an experienced HR Service Centre Associate, to join their fast moving HR team for a 5 month contract duration.
In this role, you'll provide exceptional support to employees, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth operations within the HR Service Centre. You'll be an integral part of a team dedicated to improving HR services and enhancing employee experience.
The Day-to-Day Life:
1. Respond to questions on HR administrative procedures and practices across various communication channels
2. Log, track, and follow up on employee requests and inquiries in our HR systems
3. Guide employees on HR services and promote the use of self-service tools like the HR Portal
4. Research and resolve inquiries efficiently, prioritizing urgent matters
5. Proactively resolve the root cause of employee concerns and provide accurate solutions
6. Test and validate responses for an HR Virtual Agent (Chatbot), ensuring accuracy
7. Maintain compliance with HR service processes and ensure SLAs are met
8. Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes
9. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with policies and best practices
