Job Summary:
As a User Experience Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in deciphering customer needs and enhancing digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, plan, and conduct research to inform strategic decision-making and refine solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user pain points, opportunities, and requirements that inform design and product decisions.
* Integrate quantitative data from analytics teams to validate qualitative insights and uncover the underlying motivations behind user behaviors.
* Translate research findings into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
* Manage research operations, including participant recruitment, scheduling, consent, and incentive coordination, to ensure smooth study execution.
* Advocate for user-centric thinking and promote a culture of empathy across the organization.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, UX Design, Sociology).
* Strong research and analysis skills, with proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods.
* Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and their applications.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive design and product decisions.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in user research, with a focus on planning, conducting, and analyzing studies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights.
