Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to project managers, ensuring that all project scopes are managed through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures, with experience in managing large-scale residential development projects. A relevant qualification in construction or engineering is essential, along with practical and theoretical knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental workings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support project managers in ensuring the full project scope is managed through to completion
* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and quantity surveyors to review valuations
* Manage technical and engineering requirements, including RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings, etc.
* Ensure quality control measures are implemented and aligned with the overall plan
* Build relationships with the team to identify risks and opportunities
* Maintain safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
* Relevant construction/engineering qualification
* Practical and theoretical knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental workings
* 4+ years of experience as a Construction Project Coordinator in large-scale residential developments
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and document control systems
* Knowledge of BCAR process specific to housing and Irish Water Safety File collating
