Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team. Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems. Post job advertisements across multiple platforms. Coordinate interview scheduling and liaise with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure compliance with internal processes and employment regulations. Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing offer documentation and scheduling inductions. Generate recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics. Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration preferred. Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ATS platforms.
