Requirements
Leadership: 8 years hands-on experience in a lead product development or product management role
Education: Third level degree in a technical discipline (computer science, engineering, data analytics)
Resilience: Highly resilient personality with extensive stakeholder and customer management experience
Experience: Previous experience as a SaaS or analyst, product owner, or product manager, preferably on highly scalable data management, data analytics, or data integration services and platforms
Expertise: Deep understanding of Business Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts is a distinct advantage
Cloud Computing: Experience in defining and designing new product concepts for delivery in cloud computing environments (Azure/AWS) and leveraging the core infrastructure, platform, and service capabilities of cloud environments to drive rapid implementation
Release Management: Experience of driving release planning and rapid release cycles
Agile Practices: Experience working in an agile environment
Analytical Skills: Attention to detail with an analytical, quantitative mindset

What the job involves
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our expanding product team at our Dublin office
This role will take ownership of the product roadmap for one of our crucial data analytics services utilised by financial institutions across Europe
It's an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to an industry-leading product
Roadmap Development: Define, develop, and own the product roadmap for a key data analytics solution
Strategic Direction: Provide clear direction and strategy for product development activities
Collaboration: Work closely with Data Science and GRC and HRIS Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure that governance, risk compliance and human capital management techniques and risk mitigation are integral to the proposition
Requirement Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and customer/end-user requirements, translating them into actionable backlogs for delivery teams
Market Analysis: Assess market competition by evaluating the company's current and planned products against alternative offerings
Customer Engagement: Gather market data by engaging with customers and evaluating feedback to inform product enhancements
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with operations and finance to determine future pricing structures for new markets and product enhancements
Alignment: Ensure consistency, strength, and clarity in the product value proposition by collaborating with Product Marketing, Marketing, and Sales functions
Vendor Management: Manage external vendor and partner relationships as required
Delivery Planning: Establish delivery schedules with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely product releases
