About the Role

The role of Site Administrator supports a large-scale civil engineering project involving flood defence infrastructure. The Site Administrator will provide on-site administrative support across various areas, including Health & Safety, Financial & Procurement, Document Control & Technical Support, and General Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain registers for RAMS, SSWP, training records, and subcontractor documentation.
">
* Liaise with subcontractors regarding safety statements, insurance, and compliance.
">
* Track and report project expenditure.
">
* Maintain procurement and delivery records.
">
* Assist in managing price competitions and tender documentation.
">
* Distribute technical reports and correspondence to project stakeholders.
">
* Process time cards, weekly logs, and meeting minutes.
">
* Maintain site filing systems, monitor correspondence, and archive records.
">
* Manage PPE and plant registers, and ensure documentation is up to date.

Candidate Requirements:
">
">
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
">
* Strong data entry and administrative background.
">
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
">
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
">
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
">
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Benefits:
