Payroll Manager Dublin (Hybrid) Location: Dublin (Hybrid: 3 days office) About the Role: Were seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for approx. 10,000 employees across ROI and UK. This is a key leadership role ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency while driving process improvements and change initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of 11 payroll professionals. Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and compliance. Implement controls, audits, and risk management. Drive automation and system enhancements. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external partners. Lead change projects including new regulations and benefits. What Youll Bring: IPASS or equivalent qualification. 7+ years payroll experience, 3+ years in leadership. Experience managing large payrolls (2,000+ employees). Strong knowledge of ROI & UK payroll legislation. Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills. SAP experience desirable. Benefits: Hybrid working model.
