Master Science degree in engineering, Business, Architecture or similar preferred A minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience.Strong proven experience in Facilities Soft Services and Global supplier management within a healthcare and manufacturing environment.A minimum of five (5) years' experience of people management.Experience related to Service delivery, risk management, quality, safety, and compliance.Knowledge of business strategy and projected business unit requirements for the workplace, infrastructure, real property, and facilities, including impact on the portfolio plan.Ability to make decisions across business units with authority.Experience working with and socializing strategies within a complex regionally driven organization.Experience leading a facilities function at multinational enterprise in a global organization Supply and non-supply chainExperience in managing large-scale service providers.This position may require up to 25% of domestic and/or international travel.
