Responsibleformanaging new residential developmen,managing from pre-planning through the planning process to handover.(FullLifecycle)
Working on developments with planning approval and managing approved developments ensuring all planning conditions are met and adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning and delivery of residential development projects
liaise with architects, engineers, consultants and local authorities
oversee planning applications and ensure compliance with planning conditions
monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets
Project & Construction Coordination
Coordinate contractors, consultants and external stakeholders
Monitor construction progress and quality standards
Compliance Management
Ensure compliance with all relevant planning, building, environmental and health & safety regulations
Maintain accurate compliance and project documentation
Coordinate inspections, certifications and regulatory approvals
Monitor contractor compliance with statutory obligations
Ensure adherence to company policies and governance procedures
Stakeholder Management
Act as key point of contact for stakeholders, local authorities, consultants and contractors
Skills & Experience
Experience managing residential developments (Housing / Apartments)
Strong understanding of planning and compliance regulations
