Key Responsibilities:
">

* Holding daily team briefs to motivate the team in beating sales targets.
">
* Performing store walks to understand commerciality and its impact on visual merchandising.
">
* Monitoring store sales figures and handling serious complaints that have been escalated.
">
* Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills.
">
* Acting as key holder for the store and ensuring the relevant store opening/closure procedure is actioned.
">
* Assisting with product and POS deliveries, unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store.
">
* Operating the till system, handling financial transactions, and following company security policies and procedures.
">
