We're seeking a Duty Manager with strong Food & Beverage experience to lead our hospitality team. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring high customer service standards, and leading team members.
As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing daily operations across all departments
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
* Leading and supporting team members to deliver excellent service
* Monitoring stock control in the F&B department
* Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback
* Handling guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally
