You'll handle complex cases, guide managers on performance and compliance, and foster a transparent and inclusive workplace. This role offers a unique chance to influence employee experience on a global scale while collaborating closely with senior leadership.ResponsibilitiesAct as subject matter expert on employee relations issues, advising managers and employees.Manage performance, disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution cases in line with policy and legislation.Partner with Legal and HR teams to ensure global compliance with evolving employment laws.Develop and maintain ER policies, templates, and best practices.Track and analyse ER data, reporting insights and trends to leadership.About You5+ years' experience in Employee Relations, ideally across international markets.Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practice.Skilled in conflict resolution, mediation, and problem-solving.Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.This Employee Relations Manager role offers the chance to make a real impact in a collaborative, global environment.
