Project Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead high-profile projects across various sectors in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from inception to completion and evaluation.
* Establish key performance indicators ensuring client expectations are met.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Maintain project records within a structured filing system.
* Track and report at regular client update meetings.
* Plan resources including personnel, materials, and sub-contractors.
* Lead large teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
* Liaise with Site safety Officer to ensure high safety standards on site.
* Liaise with clients on KPI development and implementation.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Engineering (additional certifications an advantage).
* 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably with a Main Contractor.
* Experience with project planning software such as ASTA or MS Project.
* Capable of leading large projects with strong delivery, timescales, cost, and budget focus.
* Experience leading diverse teams and taking direction.
* Excellent communication skills with previous experience working on high-quality medium-large scale public and private contracts in various sectors.
* Experience in delivering large-scale projects would be an asset.
* Excellent ability to analyze and interpret contractual documents.
* Proven analytical and organizational skills, along with superior oral and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
* Valid Safepass and Manual Handling certification desirable.
