We are hiring 4 Maintenance Technicians (Permanent roles) to join our team in Stamullen, County Meath.
These are night shift positions, covering Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday shifts (from 7pm to 7am).
Profile:
Hands-on engineer with the ability to maximize machine reliability and throughput while supporting new projects.
A self-starter with initiative to drive the team forward in a cooperative yet assertive manner.
Ability to synthesize information from various sources and analyze and decide on a course of action.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Maximize the efficiency of engineering personnel and equipment.
* Ensure machines meet yield and cycle time targets.
* Execute job cards and ensure timely closure.
* Maintain preventive maintenance systems and complete work on time.
* Liaise with Production supervisor on technical issues.
* Install and set up tooling and camera systems, monitor adherence to SOPs and validated parameters.
* Assist Quality, Engineering, and Projects with new materials, systems, or trials, including mechanical and electrical modifications.
* Develop and train other Technicians, Machine setters, and Operators.
* Manage spare parts inventory.
* Follow safe work practices, support H&S activities.
* Close out of 'see cards', adhere to LOTO procedures, GMP requirements, and housekeeping standards.
* Close out CAPAs, Deviations, and memos.
* Collaborate with other departments to improve performance.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the Engineering Manager.
* Possess craft/trade fault-finding electrician or mechanical certification.
* Experience in GMP, Pharma, or Packaging is preferred.
