With a global footprint and a proven track record of success, the company offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse, international portfolio of leased assets.The Role:Reporting to theSVP, Technical, you'll oversee all aspects of technical management for a growing fleet of aircraft on lease worldwide. You'll play a key role in deal structuring, lease negotiations, and asset management — ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and value creation across the portfolio.This is a hands-on role for a proactive, technically strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Support commercial deal teams in LOI and lease agreement negotiations, focusing on delivery and return conditions, technical risk, and value optimisation.Lead technical oversight of the lease portfolio, including maintenance reserve management, claims, and lease amendments.Manage aircraft and engine inspections, pre-purchase due diligence, and records review for new acquisitions.Oversee aircraft delivery and redelivery projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical standards are met.Supervise external consultants and coordinate mid-term aircraft inspections.Provide technical analysis and maintenance cost projections to support strategic investment decisions.Use the company's lease management system to monitor asset performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.Maintain strong working relationships with airlines, MROs, and other industry partners.About You:You are an experienced technical professional with a strong understanding of commercial aircraft leasing and maintenance management. You thrive under pressure, work independently, and have excellent communication skills. You combine analytical rigour with practical experience and a collaborative mindset.Essential Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or Operations Management.Minimum 5 years' experience in aviation, including at least 3 years in commercial aircraft leasing.Strong background in engine maintenance, shop visit management, and aircraft checks (line/base maintenance).Excellent command of English with the ability to interpret technical and contractual documentation.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Please apply to this advert if you have the required skillset.
