About the Role:
This role is a fantastic opportunity to support the day-to-day running and continued growth of our contingent healthcare desk.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Source and engage candidates through various channels, including advertising, active search, and professional networking.
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet our quality standards.
* Manage the end-to-end compliance process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and ongoing support.
* Oversee a pool of compliant candidates, coordinating shift bookings with clients.
* Keep all candidate and shift information accurate and up to date in our tracking systems.
* Foster a culture of excellence, working towards agreed KPIs and service levels with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
* A minimum of one year's recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare or a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting.
* A self-motivated individual who takes initiative and can manage their own workload effectively.
* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* Confident and professional on the phone, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Flexible and adaptable, able to work well under pressure and respond to changing priorities.
* A commitment to delivering a high-quality service to candidates, with some client interaction for shift coordination and scheduling.
