Job Brief:
This role involves coordinating daily office activities, providing excellent customer service to clients, and supporting team members. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Facilities Management: Ensure smooth daily operations of the two locations, including maintenance, inventory management, and supervision of the cleaning team.
* Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, from initial contact to ongoing assistance, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Team Collaboration: Assist with front-of-house and mailroom duties, greeting clients, handling mail, and providing general office administration support.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years administrative experience
* Familiarity with facilities management is beneficial
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
* Ability to navigate technology, including hardware and cloud-based systems
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
