About The Role
You’ll be part of a Private Markets team that supports key processes such as fund of funds transaction processing, valuations, and reconciliation to underlying GP statements. If you already have experience in these areas, that’s fantastic—but it’s not essential. We’re looking for people who are eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow in the Alternatives Servicing sector.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Private Markets Fund of Funds oversight, including transaction processing, valuations and reconciliation to underlying GP statements and downstream systems.
Acting as the escalation point for operational issues, providing technical expertise as needed.
Relationship building – managing and developing relationships with clients, counterparties and other external parties. You will act as a State Street representative to our clients.
Client focus – consistently and actively aware of the client's needs, proactively sourcing ways to improve and promote quality, and displaying a commitment to excellence.
Collaborating on transformation design initiatives, system enhancements or new requirements on behalf of the team, including the development of new product servicing such as our expanding crypto servicing offering.
Participating in new client engagements, the initialization of funds and the expansion of the global operating model.
Reviewing and updating department operational processes to ensure controls remain effective and account for dynamic changes in client requirements, mitigating operational risk wherever possible.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Degree level at any discipline is preferred, but not essential.
Prior fund accounting experience.
Experience in Private Markets Fund of Funds is a plus, but not required – we provide training and mentorship.
Apha frontier or MCH experience would be a bonus.
Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
