Manager 4 Aces Cash and Carry - Portlaoise
Applications are invited for the position of Manager 4 Aces Cash and Carry Portlaoise.
Key Responsibility
Reporting to the Regional Manager the purpose of this role is to manage the Cash & Carry operation and achieve budget while ensuring the branch operates in a professional, compliant and profitable manner.
This will be achieved through the effective management of operational policies & procedures, and the promotion of excellent customer-service standards and positive employee relations, in line with the BWG Compass.
The Role
Deliver on Customer Service Levels Targets as set out.
To manage and exceed branch margin and profitability.
Optimise sales within the branch.
Ensure the effective execution of stock management objectives/policies.
Ensure marketing of the branch is in line with company policy to optimise sales.
Manage Overheads within the Branch.
Effectively manage debtors.
Ensure cash management policies and procedures are maintained in line with Company Policy.
Actively comply and promote company policies in relation to Health and Safety, Security, Medicinal products, and Food Safety.
The successful candidate will:
Have proven experience within Grocery Wholesale and the Licensed Trade.
Demonstrate a strong strategic and operational focus, with excellent management and leadership capability.
Effectively manage and grow existing accounts while identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company objectives and performance targets.
Be a results-driven professional with strong planning, organisational, and execution skills.
Operate with high integrity, building and maintaining effective, long-term business relationships.
Be a confident and credible leader, committed to achieving operational and commercial excellence.
