Restaurant Manager cum Waiter
We are hiring for an experienced Restaurant Manager cum Waiter to oversee daily restaurant operations and provide excellent front-of-house service.
Previous experience in restaurant management and waiter roles is a must.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise staff, including training and scheduling.
Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high customer service standards.
Greet and serve customers, take orders, and handle inquiries.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
Oversee stock, inventory, and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in administrative tasks, including payroll and reporting.
Requirements:
Proven experience in restaurant management and as a waiter.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Knowledge of Indian cuisine and dining expectations is a plus.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
