Seeking a passionate, energetic, and driven individual to join our growing team at Haven Pain Relief Centre, a leading holistic pain management and chiropractic clinic in Douglas, Cork.

Role Overview
You will assist in the smooth running of a busy complementary health clinic — both at the front desk and in the treatment area.
Your duties will include:
Greeting and assisting patients throughout their visit
Scheduling appointments and managing confidential health records
Making follow-up and reminder calls to patients
Assisting in the treatment area with therapies such as spinal decompression, laser therapy, ultrasound, and muscle stimulation
(full training provided)
Setting patients up in treatment rooms and supporting the chiropractors during care
Occasionally assisting with clinic promotions or community events (weekday or weekend as needed)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required (clinical/medical admin an advantage)
Excellent communication and phone skills
Professional, well-organized, and reliable
Flexible and willing to cover holiday shifts when needed
Positive, caring attitude and strong attention to detail
Must be neat in appearance and always represent the clinic professionally
Hours
Part-time: Approximately ***** hours per week, typically 2 afternoons per week, with flexibility for occasional cover or events.
