Your impact
In the role of Change Controller, you will oversee the development of a robust and agile approach to change management through the design of procedures, processes and templates for managing, driving and approving change. In addition, you will work with all relevant functions of the organisation to bring a holistic approach to change management.
Here's what you'll need
* 5+ years’ change control experience with a proven track record of carrying out change control activities across the project lifecycle through to completion in high value road / infrastructure projects
* Developing and implementing programme controls frameworks and processes
* Design and delivery requirements of technically complex projects
* Fully proficient in the use of MS Office applications and other project tools and methodologies
* Ability to govern and drive outcomes to ensure high quality service delivery
