As a Setting Out Specialist, you will play a vital role in the success of our construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on residential developments and contribute to the growth and development of your career.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day site operations, ensuring Health & Safety aspects of work are adhered to. Interpret and communicate construction drawings effectively. Provide accurate setting out, delivering precise lines, levels, and reference points. Influence site progress, ensuring programme deadlines are met. Develop strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to support onsite teams with cost control, cost reporting, and forecasting. Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour costs vs estimates. Measure and record site information. Forward order project materials as quantified. Attend Site Meetings as required.

Requirements:
Proficient in AutoCAD (beneficial), MS packages, and computers for office duties. Degree-educated in Civil Engineering/Construction. Knowledgeable in all relevant building and safety codes. Leadership, Health and Safety, MS Office, Total Stations, Technical Drawings.
