Job Description:
A Human Resources Development Specialist will be assigned to aid in the development, delivery and implementation of HR functions within a community services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR advice and support to line managers.
2. Take a lead role in relation to all HR matters within community services.
3. Support and assist in all areas of human resource management including recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, workforce planning, performance achievement, staff engagement and other HR initiatives.
