Lynx Transport & Logistics are expanding the team and are looking for experienced Transport Planner. You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of deliveries in the West of Ireland.
Key responsibilities will include:
Plan and manage daily transport routes for a fleet of 30+ vehicles
Responsible for delivering on service levels to the agreed KPI targets, while working pro-actively to reduce missed or late deliveries
Ensure compliance with driver hours and WTD regulations
The successful candidate must have:
* Excellent organisation skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Transport planning experience in a similar environment, with responsibility for routing, route optimisation and Transport compliance
* Good IT Skills
* Geographical Knowledge of Galway and the surrounding areas.
* A drive to be proactive. This role requires forward planning, being able to react and problem solve quickly.

Pay: €29,440.78-€35,000.00 per year
