Projects: Large-scale Residential developments Location: Dublin Duration: Permanent, with long-term projects Your role as Construction Project Manager: Oversee works on site to ensure they are compliant with Company standards, timelines & budgets Work closely with Commercial and Design teams to execute project plans Manage and build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and external parties, including local authorities Meet regularly with stakeholders to review project progression Work along project phases from inception through to handover and after-sales Provide technical expertise to subcontractors and site teams Promote a positive culture and Health & Safety focus on site Your new company: Our client is a Tier 1 Main Contractor, with a core focus on Residential construction.
