Job Description
As a Staff Nurse, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the designated ward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessment: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' care needs using hospital-approved assessment tools.
* Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the physical, psychological, social, and cultural needs of each patient.
* Patient Education: Educate patients on procedures requiring informed consent and assist them in preparing for discharge.
