Job Summary: A dynamic and motivated Early Years Leader is required to oversee the delivery of high-quality, full-time early years care and education in a childcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for working with children, and a strong understanding of child development principles. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading their team to create engaging learning experiences that promote children's holistic development. They will ensure curriculum planning aligns with Aistear and Siolta standards while maintaining compliance and quality standards. In addition to their teaching responsibilities, they will contribute to creating a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care within the room and across the centre. They must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar early years leadership role and hold Fetac Level 6 or equivalent qualifications in Early Childhood Education. LINC qualification is desirable along with Garda Vetting clearance.
