As part of our R develop and deliver executive-level communication related to both field clinical support and HCP training initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders (e.g., Procedural Development, Clinical Management, Marketing, Clinical Education) to gather and analyze trends in device and imaging support needed to develop training plans and tools that meet the changing needs of the business unit's field clinical specialists and the broader clinical community, supporting the overall training strategy.
Establish metrics, design dashboards, and use data to monitor and drive training effectiveness for field clinical specialists and Health Care Professionals, ensuring overall stakeholder satisfaction from both a content and educational perspective.
Forecast and track annual training budget, make purchase decisions, and allocate resources for both field clinical specialist and HCP training programs.
What you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in in related field with related experience required Master's Degree or equivalent in in related field with related experience preferred What else we look for:

• Expert understanding of sales training procedures while looking beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems
• Expert understanding of related aspects of sales training processes and/or systems
• Expert presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to create an engaging learning environment
• Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement training strategies, convert these into tactical roll-out plans and deliver results.
