This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a Michelin-starred restaurant as a Sommelier. As a key member of the F&B team, you will oversee the service of wine and liquor in conjunction with the Food and Beverage Manager.
Duties Include:
1. Maintain and develop our extensive wine cellar
2. Have expert knowledge of wines, cocktails recipes, spirits, and cocktail making
3. Ensure that appropriate glasses are used for different types of wine
