Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Cleanroom Operator is to perform various tasks associated with the repackaging of biological products including but not limited to the set-up, operation, general maintenance of various equipment used in the Cleanroom, Visual inspection, rejection, and repackaging of pharma products and excipients.
Primary responsibilities for role
* Preparation and Processing of Repackaging Materials
* Adhere to strict GMP Guidelines.
* Document job tasks as required on the Batch Record (BR), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document or other acceptable form(s)
* Provide input into the creation and maintenance of area SOPs and batch records.
* Assist in facility start up, installation and validation activities to support the introduction of new products.
* Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain department housekeeping at an optimal level in the production area i.e. the cleanroom.
* Train other Personnel in any aspect of Job Function as required.
* Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager
Job Requirements and Experience
* Ability to work independently, and/or as a member of a team in a dynamic, environment that requires flexibility and initiative.
* Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge and experience of GMP in a highly regulated manufacturing work environment.
* Previous cleanroom experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
