Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Cleanroom Operator is to perform various tasks associated with the repackaging of biological products including but not limited to the set-up, operation, general maintenance of various equipment used in the Cleanroom, Visual inspection, rejection, and repackaging of pharma products and excipients.
Primary responsibilities for role
Preparation and Processing of Repackaging Materials
Adhere to strict GMP Guidelines.
Document job tasks as required on the Batch Record (BR), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document or other acceptable form(s)
Provide input into the creation and maintenance of area SOPs and batch records.
Assist in facility start up, installation and validation activities to support the introduction of new products.
Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain department housekeeping at an optimal level in the production area i.e. the cleanroom.
Train other Personnel in any aspect of Job Function as required.
Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager
Job Requirements and Experience
Ability to work independently, and/or as a member of a team in a dynamic, environment that requires flexibility and initiative.
Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge and experience of GMP in a highly regulated manufacturing work environment.
Previous cleanroom experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
