Our Client

Our client is a large, international organisation operating within a complex, technology-enabled environment. The business is undergoing significant finance transformation, with a strong focus on process automation, systems integration and optimisation of core finance platforms.

You will join a specialist finance applications team responsible for enhancing and integrating critical internal systems across order-to-cash, revenue and billing processes. The environment is collaborative, delivery-focused and offers strong progression opportunities as the finance technology function continues to evolve.

Who should apply?

• 3–5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Finance Transformation or Consulting


• Experience working on finance system enhancements, ERP implementations or integration projects


• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills


• Experience supporting testing cycles and coordinating UAT


• Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of SQL preferred


• Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments


• Excellent communicator, capable of facilitating workshops and engaging cross-functional stakeholders


• Naturally curious, solutions-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting into the Finance Applications Leadership team, the Finance Transformation Analyst will play a central role in delivering technology-enabled change across the finance function:


• Analyse and document current finance processes and identify automation opportunities


• Facilitate workshops to define future-state processes and system requirements


• Translate business needs into structured deliverables for development teams


• Support integration initiatives between finance and revenue systems


• Manage testing cycles and coordinate user acceptance testing


• Collaborate closely with Finance, Technology and Operations teams


• Contribute to continuous improvement across systems, controls and documentation standards
