Construction Contracts Administrator Dublin / Hybrid (3 days on site) As Construction Contracts Administrator you will play a leading support role in the delivery of a five year Infrastructure Programme of Work. Supporting the Project Management Team in the delivery of a significant budget, you will be based in the Dublin Project Site Offices 3 days per week with hybrid 'wfh' 2 days per week. Using NEC suite of contracts you will ensure contract compliance and implement performance measures, maintain early warning and risk registers, keeping open lines of communication within the delivery and construction team. Key responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Contract Management standards and contractual terms and conditions, reporting areas or instances of non-compliance to the Project Manager Monitor Key Performance Indicators to aid Contractor and Consultant performance management and where appropriate establish performance improvement plans Set the target for KPI's within Incentive Schedules within NEC contracts and review the contractor's performance against these Provide advice to the Project Manager on all contract administration issues, including compensation events, early warnings and applications for payment including final assessment Prepare communications and instructions on behalf of the Project Manager ensuring that they are all within the timescales required in the contract Liaise with Cost Managers and Schedulers as well as the Project Manager, in order to notify quotation acceptances, CE assessments and programme acceptances Administer the early warning process and keep the early warning register up to date Obtain approval from the Project Manager prior to issuing all communications and instructions and working within the limits of the delegated authority Candidate Requirements: To be considered for this Construction Contracts Administrator role, you will need to demonstrate the following: 5+ years experience of effective contract administration.
