Executive Chef Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all menu items, as well as managing kitchen staff and inventory.
* Lead the kitchen team in food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to guests.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, ordering and stocking accordingly.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and enhance the overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Menu planning and implementation, including designing new dishes and specials.
* Staff management, including training, development, and performance evaluation.
* Inventory control, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent role.
* Proven track record of success in menu planning, staff management, and inventory control.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
