Project Coordination Role
The Project Coordinator will oversee the management, execution and delivery of all project functions to meet objectives such as quality, design, coordination and direction. This role will coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers according to the project program.
* Coordinate, direct and manage sub-contractors and suppliers as required by the project programme.
* Manage and monitor project activities to ensure objectives are met.
* Strong engineering or construction background.
* 5+ years of experience in residential construction projects.
Previous experience in project coordination and execution on large-scale residential projects is essential. A degree in engineering or a related discipline is also preferred. EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required for this position.
