The Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney is currently seeking an enthusiastic, guest-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team at Fiadh Restaurant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior experience in food and beverage service who is passionate about hospitality and looking to grow their career in a progressive and supportive environment.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent service in buffet, table, or bar settings
Engage warmly with guests and provide local knowledge and recommendations
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
Coordinate with kitchen staff to exceed guest expectations
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in food and beverage service (hotel or restaurant)
A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for guest service
Strong team player who can also take initiative when needed
Flexible and dependable, especially during busy service periods
Working Hours
Full-time position with a mix of straight and split shifts
Availability required for shifts across a 7-day rota, including weekends and holidays
