* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage maintenance resources and optimize schedules for maximum efficiency
* Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to maintain high-quality standards in all rooms
* Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly quality checks, and ensure all facilities are in working order
* Supervise preventive and curative maintenance of equipment and premises
* Assist the General Manager in budgeting and strategic planning
* Maintain compliance with safety procedures and regulations
Requirements
* Previous experience in maintenance management, with up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations
* Proven track record in optimizing resource allocation and improving operational efficiency
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
