Role: This is a senior role requiring an experienced professional to lead facilities management and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) functions on site in Newry.

Responsibilities:

* Lead facilities management including contributing expertise to capital infrastructure projects and leading support functions such as facility maintenance, catering, and housekeeping/cleaning.

* Lead HSE on site in Newry, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.

* Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance procedures.

* Manage service contracts and suppliers for cleaning, security, waste management, landscaping, and building systems.

* Review and maintain health and safety policies and practices, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
